Your Ausbeds mattress is built to last. We back it with a 10-year warranty that covers manufacturing defects and faults.

The modular design also means when components wear out, you don't have to throw out the whole mattress. Simply replace the worn out components.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

Important: The 10-year warranty covers manufacturing defects only, not comfort preferences. Refunds for comfort reasons are only available during the 7-month trial. After the trial, you can swap components at any time. No single component costs more than 25% of your total mattress price.
