You have 3 simple options for adjustments. We provide phone and WhatsApp guidance to walk you through it.
Option 1
At-home adjustments
Watch the easy-to-follow videos to make it firmer or softer. It's very easy to unzip the mattress and access the layers to make small tweaks! No tools needed.
Option 2
Component swap
All mattress components are stored at our Gladesville factory. If you need different components like latex layers, springs, or foam, we can ship them to you. Delivery costs apply.
Option 3
Technician visit
For Sydney customers within 110km of Gladesville, our technician brings components to you and performs the adjustment on-site.

Component swaps and parts
Every mattress component is stocked at our Gladesville factory.
Springs, latex, foam, felt, micro springs and replacement covers are all kept in our inventory. You don't need to store spare parts at home. When your mattress needs an adjustment, we’ll help identify the right component and arrange the swap.

As far as I'm aware, Karl's approach to making mattresses customisable is unique. Getting the right spring rate for body weight is essential, but no other manufacturer seems to realise this. The result is the first truly satisfactory mattress we have experienced in 50+ years.
