Such a clever idea!
We bought the Ausbeds Aurora 7 from the Marrickville showroom in August 2025 and we absolutely love it. The mattress has great support and feels airy and comfortable. I really like the adjustable layers that let you fine-tune the firmness. Such a clever idea! Karl, the owner, took the time to explain how he designed and built the bed, and you can really tell the thought and quality that went into it. They never do discounts, but this bed is totally worth the price. I'm sure we'll need some layer adjustments as we get older, and I'm confident Ausbeds will continue to meet our needs. Never going back to a box bed again, as you can't try them out physically, and for something you use for 1/3 of your life, you really should test it in person first. Highly recommend Ausbeds for anyone looking for a well-made, customisable mattress and friendly, knowledgeable service.

Such service is something incredible these days!
We were looking for a mattress that would meet my needs and my partner's. We have different preferences regarding the firmness of the mattress, plus my back problems make it difficult to choose. Not a single store had an option to try it, the feeling was that they just wanted to sell the mattress, and then they are not interested in whether we are comfortable. A friend advised me to look at Ausbeds. This is the service I was missing. From the very doorstep we felt care and attention, but without undue pressure on us. This helped me finally sleep properly and get rid of my back pain after sleeping. After a few weeks, the manager called back and clarified about our comfort. I sincerely hope it thrives, such service is something incredible these days.
