We have a softer spring unit. We can drive out and replace your spring unit. Your mattress will then be at the softest level possible. Please call and we will organize it for you. (Queen and King only)

I want it Firmer
1. Unzip, and remove the top cover, We recommend taking a photo of the layers at this point.
2. Take off the comfort layers. Add the felt layer. If you are unsure which layer this is, call us, we may need to provide this to you. This changes it to the medium “6”
3. Put it back together and check the photos you took earlier to see if it’s right. If you have any issues, call us, We’re always happy to help 🙂
I want it Softer

1. Unzip, take off the top cover, We recommend taking a photo of the layers here.
2. Take off the comfort layers, turn the mainspring unit over.
3. Put it back together and check the photos you took earlier to see if it’s right.. If you have any issues, just call us, We’re always happy to help 🙂
