We walked into the shop and spoke with the owner, he was genuine and knowledgeable and showed us his products.. we selected the top range product because it was a great price for the quality. He told us they would deliver that same afternoon - and they did.. right up to our apartment and onto our bed frame.. they even took the plastic wrap with them. An awesome experience from start to finish. My only regret is that the maximum stars I can give is 5!

I'm probably going to lose my job thanks to Ausbeds, but that's fine, I'll have more time to spend on my awesome Sienna mattress. From start to finish the product and service are impeccable. A big thanks to Harry who was treated to a hot, humid day and about 50 stairs, but he got my bed in place and also took all the rubbish which was great.

I did a lot of research and popped into the Marrickville showroom to try the beds out. No heavy sales patter, nice and relaxed. George and Karl were amazing. You can tell they care about the service and your sleep. Harry the delivery guy was great too.

So 3 weeks on - the research paid off. The bed is amazing and we and love it. We actually had a good bed before but this is even better. Just feels so solid but soft. We're sleeping pretty well. Thank you Ausbeds

This was a wonderful company to deal with. From the very beginning, George was so helpful with no "hard sell." Their satisfaction guarantee is second to none and I felt comfortable knowing I had this to fall back on. Harry who delivered the mattress went way and beyond with his wonderful service, even helping me to move our old mattress. We’d been shopping around at expensive and poorly-reviewed mattress places when we remembered a friend had recommended (raved about) Ausbeds. Was impressed by the prices and reviews online, went in-store to try the mattress and was happy to receive honest, informative and friendly service. I had my mattress delivered the next day (for free!) and Harry was personable and helpful. The text notification of delivery time was very accurate too, which is appreciated. The mattress is wonderful - I’ve been taking extra naps because I don’t ever want to get out of bed! Overall, thoroughly impressed, hard to believe it actually lived up to the stellar reviews we heard but it did!! Will happily recommend Ausbeds to anybody and everybody :-)

This is my 8th Ausbed now and we love them. We bought 7 for a holiday house and loved them so much decided to switch over our current king bed. Their service is great, right through from Karl the owner to Harry who delivers the bed and is extremely helpful in getting it to where you need and taking all the rubbish. Would highly recommend Ausbeds!

I sleep on my side and love the softness of giving for my hips without sinking too low. Its just right for me.

We’ve had our Ausbed for a few weeks now and absolutely love it! We visited the showroom in Marrickville on a public holiday (Easter Monday) and after deciding we liked the Sienna (that includes an amazing gel foam layer) in medium, George was happy to accommodate our crazy weekly schedule and have it delivered the same day!

As this was a public holiday and George was the only one in the office at the time and did the delivery himself, I thought this was outstanding customer service.

Would highly recommend anyone to get an Ausbed - it’s like sleeping on a cloud
