There's a high chance that you'll be able to speak to Karl if you arrive around the above times. If you arrive outside these times and Karl isn't available, you can only expect limited experience.
However many people tend to just "come and see how comfy they are", then they'll either order online later or just purchase with the on-site staff. Whatever the case, we're dedicated to helping you solve your mattress problem as much as possible.
Karl is more than happy to speak about mattresses, in-fact he likes it so much that we are quite sick of him talking about mattresses around here.
So please, do us a favour and book an appointment with him, Talk to him about mattresses, if he gets enough appoinments in a day, then it's our hope that he'll run out of "mattress talk" and leave us in peace :)
