You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or doesn’t do what it is supposed to do. We must be advised of any faulty goods with photographic evidence no longer than 24 hours after delivery. Refund may only take place if item is packed in original packaging for transport reasons. It is the customers responsibility to pay for shipping back to the warehouse however if the item is found to be faulty, we will happily refund the postage cost, and refund money or replace product depending on stock availability. We will not grant a return if you simply change your mind about the product, so feel free to ask any questions before you buy.
